Universal bonding plaster

This product is made of high-quality semi-hydrated gypsum and a variety of polymer additives as the main base materials, mixed with selected river sand and fillers. It is a one-component polymer modified gypsum mortar with super high bonding strength, fast bonding speed, low shrinkage, and a combination of rigidity and flexibility.

Product Use:
● Suitable for pasting gypsum board, lining keel or thermal insulation material.
● Suitable for bonding gypsum lines.
● Can be used to fill the pipeline troughs in the wall. It can be used to fill the special joints such as the inner corners of gypsum board and cement wall, and it can adjust the elasticity of the two materials very well. Fill the fine cracks on the cement wall.
 

Instructions and Precautions:
● Use immediately after mixing. Do not use thickened products.
● The construction environment temperature should be above 5°C. Wash tools with water after use.
● This product is solvent-free and non-flammable. There are no safety hazards when used correctly. Prevent moisture during storage, transportation and use. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary. Expired products should be disposed of as waste in accordance with relevant regulations.

Standard Construction Steps:
① Base treatment: The base needs to be flat and firm. The protrusions, hollows and loose parts should be removed and leveled. The surface should be clean and free of oil, release agent, asphalt, floating dust, etc.;
② Mixing: According to the water: bonding gypsum water ratio of about 40:100, add clean water to the mixing bucket, stir for 2 minutes until it is uniform and free of lumps, let the slurry stand for 3~5 minutes, stir again, and it can be used. The mixing amount should be ensured to be used up within 50 minutes. Do not add water to dilute it after thickening.
③ Construction: Use the point frame method to apply the combined body on the insulation board, and then stick the insulation board to the wall with staggered seams, and adjust the position and level it within the allowed time.
